Proceeding:
- The customer has to have the rights on the area to be scanned (e.g. claims, licenses, digging rights, …)
- „Request for Scan Quotation„ (click for download) the form is to be filled and send to info(at)geoscansystems.de. In this form the customers describe which areas shall be scanned for which materials.
- The GSS office processes the inquiry and sends a map back for confirmation of the scan location together with an offer for the scanning service
- The scanning work starts with a down payment of 50% to GSS
- The remaining 50% have to be paid when handing over the scan results
General Terms and Conditions
1) GSS will only commence scanning, once GSS has received an official order number from the client.
2) GSS reserves the right to the intellectual property until full payment is received.
3) GSS shall not be responsible for ensuring that the information provided to it for purposes of the scan is in accordance with and does not contravene any data protection laws, mineral and mining regulations, trade customs and practices or any other laws. GSS accepts no liability for any errors or omissions as a result of incorrect or incomplete information being provided to it by “the client”.
4) “The client” shall fully hold harmless and indemnify GSS and the scan provider against any legal liability from third parties arising out of “the client” use of the scan information.
5) GSS and the scan provider do not guarantee the service supplied to be error-‐free, fully accurate or complete. The provided scan and information does not replace additional conventional systems and/or methods of Geological practice and should be seen as information assisting a geosciences company.
6) GSS and the Scan Provider undertake to ensure that the service will be supplied with maximum skill and due care.
The exchange of our valuable data takes place only by GSS directly or by specifically GSS authorized individuals with the customer, to prevent misunderstandings in the interpretation and application. They will be billed immediately upon handover. An alternative transfer can only take place by means of a full advance payment transfer to our account. Our prices always depend on our customer’s individual requirements and tasks and are preferably based on the area sizes.
This contract is subject to German law. Place of jurisdiction shall be Berlin, Germany.
